We ship Australia wide and shipping can be calculated by adding items to the cart and inputting the delivery address in the cart. For palletised orders, where onsite forklift is not available, delivery is to kerbside only. Discarding of pallet and packaging is the responsibility of the receiver.

We also offer assembly and installation in most areas, if this is not displayed as an option in the cart please contact us to see if we are able to make arrangements. Items are supplied unassembled unless assembly and installation is indicated.

Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances: where orders are redirected to an alternative address, where redelivery is required, where street or property access is limited.

Some larger items may incur a ‘bulky or heavy item’ delivery charge. If our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.

Depending on availability most of our items are dispatched within 48 hours, and depending on location arrive in 1 - 5 business days. Tracking details will be provided when orders are dispatched.

During busier times of the year orders can take longer to arrive. If your order is particularly urgent please contact us.

Yes, Click and Collect is available. The pick up location is at our Main Warehouse in Cardiff, NSW. This option can only be selected by entering a NSW postcode.
