Shipping

We ship Australia wide and shipping can be calculated by adding items to the cart and inputting the delivery address in the cart. For palletised orders, where onsite forklift is not available, delivery is to kerbside only. Discarding of pallet and packaging is the responsibility of the receiver.

We also offer assembly and installation in most areas, if this is not displayed as an option in the cart please contact us to see if we are able to make arrangements. Items are supplied unassembled unless assembly and installation is indicated.

Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances: where orders are redirected to an alternative address, where redelivery is required, where street or property access is limited.

Some larger items may incur a ‘bulky or heavy item’ delivery charge. If our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.

Depending on availability most of our items are dispatched within 48 hours, and depending on location arrive in 1 - 5 business days. Tracking details will be provided when orders are dispatched.

During busier times of the year orders can take longer to arrive. If your order is particularly urgent please contact us.

The pick up location is at our Main Warehouse at 2/12 Belford Place, Cardiff, NSW, 2285. This option can be selected at checkout.

We will contact you when the order is ready for pick up.

Please contact us if you have selected this by accident or would like to use your own freight.

If you require these services please contact us to see if we are able to make arrangements.

We aim to always have our items in stock.

On the odd occasion where we run out of a high demand item, it is usually only a few weeks away from being available again.

If your order is time critical, please contact us to ensure we can meet your requirements.

For some products we can tailor sizing and colour to your needs.

Please contact us if you are interested in an option that is not displayed on our website and we can see if we can accommodate your needs.

All products manufactured by Steelspan are backed by a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty.

All pallet and cantilever racking is backed by a 10 year warranty.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, ShopPay and Bank Transfer.

All payments made through our website are 100% safe and secure.

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure all connections and our gateway is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

We have warehouses in major cities for many of our products and deliver all our products Australia Wide.

Generally, though we are able to assist most of our customers by sharing plans, photos and specs by email, phone and video conferencing.

We can then provide plan drawings and photos to assist in your decision making.
